Zhenya is a master of gently incorporating psychodrama techniques into routine work with teams (retrospectives, team-building, strategic sessions). For example, sociometry is a wonderful tool that allows any team to open up. In this exercise, everyone participates in a format comfortable for each, and as a result, all participants are involved in the discussion, providing feedback in an ecological form. With Zhenya, we identified the team members’ attitudes toward innovations in the company and helped them accept them.
Zhenya is a master of team-building, making them enjoyable, memorable, and very useful. By addressing the three roles of participants: child, parent, and adult, and integrating them, the deepest requests and problems of both the entire team and its individual members are worked through. And where appropriate – in a playful format.
Zhenya is a master of embodiment. She knows techniques that help participants rely on their bodies when making decisions, monitor its reactions, and understand its signs.
Zhenya is a master of identifying values, both individual and team, and even of the entire organization. With her, we wrote the mission of our subsidiary company.
Zhenya is a master of humor. She finds an approach to every person, even if they are negative towards everything: the organization, the team, the leader. And humor is one of her favorite tools.
